Introducing Our New Cutest Niece!!!!!!

Her name is
Madeline Frances McRae.

We are sooooo proud of you, Jef and Yolanda.

Our hearts are boiling with joy.
She was actually born on Monday 2.22.11.

My middle brother Jef says,
"She was born yesterday at 1231 and was 6lbs, 8 oz, 20".
She is a keeper."
He took all these early shots.
I love her precious face in the first photo and how
small she looks in my brother's hands.
Mom and baby are heathy and happy!
I am the proudest Auntie Bisquit ever.

Feeling the family grow with love,

Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow

Hey Peeps,
I TOLD you I was going to cut my mane off. This was a big decision. And that is what I did! An extra bonus is that I am donating my pony tail to Locks of Love. Even better. I must admit, I am inspired by THIS special woman, UMBER. Stop on by to see her if you haven't already.

Old Do

Yay!

I rocked a short do when Scott and
I first started to like each other.
Notice how young we look.

Nick and I
(little bro)

The offerings:
(bye, bye *stripper stripe)

SHAAAA Bam!
My hair looks soooo dark,
this is my natural color
with a few greys sneaking in.

I lost two pounds off in shag,
Husband even paid for it and loves the cut.
Have I mentioned how
BRILLIANT and WONDERFUL
my husband is?
Well.... he is all that, and
sop it up with the Bisquit!

Off to the market,
xoxo Biz

*stripper stripe was one name among many that people called the dyed strands of hair I had, I am by no means a stripper, THANK YOU :)

New Specimens

I bought turquoise a'plenty at the local Gem and Mineral Show this morning. After taking an inventory of my loose cabochons, I realized a need for chunky turquoise stones and I found some amazing ones. Plus a ruby fuschite (in the middle) and that great rutile quartz/turquoise doublet (lower right) were some nice finds, too. I purchased these all from my Rock Man from Red Lodge, MT. I can't wait to use any of them!

We are off to attend two different parties. It is hard to keep up with this social schedule, who made it anyway, huh?

Happy Weekend,
